3) Almonds
This food are vegetarian this are also highly protein and carbohydrates for improvement of blood and muscle. Vitamins E are present in almonds
4) Coconut milk
This food are very important for maintaining the reduce fat from the body and coconut milk are very important to child for improvement of muscles
